My friend Steve really enjoyed getting the metro into Newcastle, crossing the millennium bridge and the famous Tyne Bridge but he wasn’t sure about the exhibition at the Baltic which none of us could understand .However , we all enjoyed seeing the kittiwakes that nest all over the city

Today we had a crew change and I was sorry to say goodbye to Steve and Jane who have helped us get so far in such a short time
I was delighted however to welcome Pete and Will to this next leg.... hopefully to Amble tomorrow
