Queasy in Wadenzee

The trouble with persistent Northerly winds in the Frisians is that it creates a big swell which makes you queasy and slows you down in the journey Eastwards

Today my friend Gough conquered his nausea and even managed to cook eggy bread whilst underway!! I am delighted to award him today's boat award for stoicism.
We are making very slow progress but hope to get to Borkum which is in Germany, tomorrow
