A trip to Amble...... not Hamble

Today has been a day of sailing without the engine.... a relative first for this trip; anchoring.... and spelling

We left Newcastle early and arrived at Amble early

After a frantic hours snooze we tied up without a hitch and enjoyed a fish based meal at Britain’s best coastal fish restaurant wich has a lovely view across the river and across to Coquet Island

Tomorrow we hope to be off to Bonny Scotland
